Terms and Conditions

General bonus terms and conditions are applied to the bonuses Players can purchase with redeemable complimentary points. Whenever the rules of a certain bonus directly contradict the general bonus terms and conditions, the individual bonus rules take precedence.

1. Each 5 €/£ of real bets in slot games is rewarded with 1 complimentary point (CP) and for each 20 €/£ 1 redeemable complimentary point (RCP). CPs are required to achieve new VIP levels. RCPs are intended for the purchase of bonuses from the special set in the Bonus Shop. Players can browse through the catalogue of those bonuses on the Bonus Shop page.

2. To purchase a bonus with RCPs, Players should:

• choose a bonus by clicking ‘Buy’ under the desired item on the Bonus Shop page;
• go to the Points exchange window on the Promo page of the account and click ‘Exchange’;
• choose ‘Money’ or ‘Free Spins’ from the dropdown menu;
• choose the desired item from the dropdown menu below;
• enter the required amount of RCPs and confirm the exchange.

3. The price tag of Device Bonuses is determined by the current price of the corresponding product in the brand’s online shops. Such bonuses are credited to the Player’s account as an amount of money equal to this price.

4. The slot for the Bonus Shop free spins depends on the Player’s region: by default, free spins are credited to Slot: Dr Rock & Creepy Monster (truelab). If this slot is not available in the player’s region, the prize FS will be credited to the Alternative Slot: LuckyWave Bonanza (BGaming).

5. The money bonus items have to be wagered 5x. The FS bonus items have to be wagered 50x. The devices and subscriptions bonus items have no wagering requirement.
